Background
I started my career in public relations and communication, working with global brands where I developed a strong foundation in clear messaging, consistency, and structured communication. Early on, I saw how strategy-led communication could shape perception, build trust, and support long-term brand value.
Over the years, my work expanded into digital strategy, CRM, content marketing, and performance-focused campaigns, allowing me to combine communication expertise with data-driven marketing thinking.
Before founding PlanM Digital, I worked with brands such as Unilever, IKEA, Mastercard, Starbucks, and Nestlé Waters through roles in PR and digital communication agencies. I later continued this journey in an in-house role as Digital Marketing Manager at Barry Callebaut, where I worked on global digital marketing initiatives from a business and brand perspective.
Alongside this experience, I hold an IBM Specialization certification in Generative AI for Digital Marketing, which informs how I apply AI-assisted research, planning, and optimization within strategic marketing and communication work.
Today, through PlanM Digital, I bring these disciplines together to help brands grow with focus, confidence, and direction.
